How did it feel trying to get started with your health and fitness goal?
"Annoying--and feeling like I'm lazy, but really I just didn't know what to do! The Lift Academy focused on our form, making us do high-quality reps and not just high quantity reps. We were also taught how heavy we should lift and which exercises were specifically helpful to us as individuals. When Coach Shannon found out I had lower back problems, he told me to do more lower abdominal exercises and some corrective foam rolling so the muscle can support my back. I haven't been following his advice for too long, but I have felt great improvement already! A less irritating back = a less irritated me! - Bianca "
