Independent Self Paced Programming

This training option is for those individuals who have a program that they are following either from another trainer or resource or they completed themselves and only require the use of the facility and equipment.  

To be eligible you must do the following:

• submit your program for verification.  
• Indicate the assessment and validation criteria for the results you will achieve
• Train only during open training times
• Clean up after your done and leave the facility better than you found it

If you prefer to have the LIFT Academy create your program and utilize our digital training and tracking app, the below prices will apply:

• 1-month Professional Certified program with tracking app - 15$

• 2-month Professional Certified program with tracking app - 20$

• 4-month Professional Certified program with tracking app - 37.5$

• 6-month Professional Certified program with tracking app - 50$
