It shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg to get it, nor should it be shrouded in some much confusion and contradiction that you can't figure it out. We believe in Edu-coaching, mentoring, community support and  instructing so that you can understand what is necessary to achieve your goals and have clear actionable steps to know you are moving towards them. We want to set ourselves apart from other trainers and facilities that don’t have the experience or structured scientific programming to back up their approach. The LIFTer must agree and commit to the following criteria:

  • A 90-day training program which will require in person training at the LIFT Academy 1 hour a day 3x per week
  • Participate in the pre and post-program check-in (day 0 and day 90)
  • Participate in mid-month check-ins and end of month check-ins ( 5 in total)
  • Post 2x per week in private fb group, 1 meal pic, 1 exercise pic
  • Get 24 point check done for baseline measurements to assess fitness levels in mobility, lean body mass, fat mass, strength, flexibility, cardio health and general health (day 1 and day 90)

 

Refund Eligibility:

In order to receive a refund, you have two options available.  

 

  1. Option 1: No questions asked money-back guarantee. If at any time during the program you decide you do not wish to continue, you are unable to continue, you don’t like the program, the training, the coaches, the criteria or any reason whatsoever you may request a refund. To do so simply tell one of the staff in person, send a message online, by phone, or email, and we will cancel your membership right there no questions asked. We will provide you with an optional survey form to let us know how we failed you, but you are not required to fill it out. To get a refund and cancel you just need to let us know, and we will refund the UNUSED portion of your membership. No additional fees or penalties. We take the amount you paid divided by the total number of days you paid for and refund the remaining days left on your membership.  For example, you signed up for a 90-day membership costing $450, on day 5 you decide you want out, we will refund $425 back to you. Only charge you for the 5 days you used. This is not training days it is total days purchased in a package.

 

  1. Option 2: You complete a 90-day program and don’t make enough measurable improvements. If at the end of the 90 days, the LIFTer has done the following then they are eligible for a 100% money-back refund.
    1. Completed at least 80% of the in-person training/meetups (35 meetings out of 43 to include pre and post
    2. Has not improved in at least 15 out of the 24 initially tested categories,
    3. Has posted at least 2x per week in the private fb group with a min of 1 pic of a meal and 1 of exercise
